Lakeview School

Lakeview School provides educational services for patients who are hospitalized at Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Services (CABHS).  CABHS offers inpatient psychiatric hospital services for crisis stabilization, comprehensive assessment and intensive treatment of specialized mental health issues to children and adolescents.  Lakeview staff will provide an academic intake screening for all students and offer daily instruction in one on one or in small group settings.  Lakeview School will help students continue to earn school credit while they are hospitalized as well as provide continued support for Special Education students.  Speech-Language and Occupational Therapy services are also available for students who qualify.  The goal of Lakeview School is to provide students a supportive environment in which to meet their academic needs in order to be successful in the future.
